How many people does The Barn seat?

Up to 200 people comfortably. An additional 60 people can be seated in the second level mezzanine area.

Does the rental fee include tables & chairs?

No, the barn is a bare rental venue.  All tables and chairs must be rented with the VT Tent Company, as this allows you to choose from many styles to suite your taste. Starting in 2011 we will supply round tables as well as chairs for up to 150 guests. All other needs will need to be rented through the VT Tent Company.

What is included in the kitchen area? 

The kitchen work area is a spacious tiled area with sinks and wash down facilities but includes no cooking or refrigeration equipment. These items need to be supplied by your caterer or the VT Tent Company.

Are there areas on-site to hold a wedding ceremony?

There are many indoor and outdoor areas that lend themselves to a ceremony such as our large stone patio surrounded by gardens, a large 24x14 half-round deck with mountain views and other green areas on the property. 

 Do you have a bar?

Is The Barn Heated?

For certain times of the year depending on extreme weather temperatures we can supply supplemental heating for an additional fee. 

How long do we have the barn for?

The facility is yours for the whole day. Amplified music must conclude by 10:30pm and all guests must leave by 11pm.
